Farrow Partners to mold the future of geriatric hospitals across France
The Hospital Aix Les Bains will inform the design of future geriatric hospitals across France.
Farrow Partners has begun work on its first project in France at The Hospital Aix Les Bains. The hospital is the country’s premier geriatric facility and is located near the Swiss boarder and Mont Blanc.

Involved in the project are some of the worlds most accomplished academics, doctors, and architectural practitioners including Etienne, Bourdon, John Zeisel and Tye Farrow, amongst others. The team selected to take on the hospital’s renovation was selected due to their proficiency in Environmental Enrichment (EE) theories and non-invasive therapeutic treatments which enhance patient health and wellbeing.

The Hospital Aix les Bains will set precedent for the future of geriatric hospitals across the country as the French government has vouched to use its design to inform new facilities.
