SJK Athletic Centre

St. John’s Kilmarnock School is a co-ed independent private school located in Breslau, offering the International Baccalaureate diploma program. A comprehensive masterplan is in the works to expand and reconfigure the existing campus to incorporate a centre for the arts, a clarified circulation route, new entry and drop-off, and renovated the junior school.

The ARCH Centre, or Athletics, Recreation, Community and Health Centre, creates a space for high performance athletes, collective accomplishment, leisure, and enhanced mind-body wellbeing. The hill-like building will feature new classrooms, a gym, change rooms, and equipment storage in addition to an engaging learning stair-scape community space. Atop the ARCH will be a viewing platform for visitors, parents, and students to watch sporting events on the surrounding fields.
