Helmsley Cancer Centre Wins AGPB Technology Award
The Helmsley Cancer Centre by Farrow Partners and Rubinstein Ofer has been awarded the Austrian Green Planet Building Technology Award for 2025!
The AGPB Technology award honours Austrian companies whose technologies significantly support climate protection and energy efficiency goals. WEIHAG are the Austrian mass timber fabricators behind the 16-meter-high wooden exoskeletal structure at the Helmsley Cancer Centre. The hospital’s butterfly-like wings use 350 cubic meters of precision-engineering laminated larch timber to communicate warmth and hope, promote wellbeing, and construct health.
